تفكيك الانفصام الوطني وسقوط المناعة الفكرية في الشرق الأوسط
المقدمة: مشهد الرايات وتبادل الاستبداد
انطلاقاً من قلب دمشق التاريخية، بين الجامع الأموي وسوق الحميدية، نرقب مشهداً يختصر المأساة؛ رايات تذهب وأخرى تجيء، من تمدد المشروع الفارسي إلى توغل التطرف الجهادي. هذا “التبادل للأدوار الاستبدادية” فوق أنقاض السيادة الوطنية هو النتيجة الحتمية لسقوط المناعة الفكرية وتحول الأوطان إلى ساحات تصفية حسابات لأيديولوجيات عابرة للحدود مع تغلغل لفكر التطرف من المحورين.
أولاً: سيميولوجيا السقوط والبدائل الوهمية
رمزية “الرايات” وسقوط السيادة المعنوية:
هذه الصورة هي أقوى تعبير عن “سقوط السيادة الرمزية”. عندما تتبادل الرايات السيطرة في قلب دمشق، فهذا يعني أن “الدولة” فقدت روحها لصالح “المشروع الفارسي” وتارة لمشروع جهادي يهدد الدولة المدنية فكرياً ويهدد الاستقرار والسلام الإقليمي. هي ليست مجرد قماش، بل إعلان عن “تغيير هوية المكان” وفرض ثقافة غريبة بالترهيب والمال.
“الربيع الإيراني” (تصدير الخراب):
مصطلح تهكمي وواقعي في آن واحد. بينما كان العالم يتحدث عن ربيع عربي، كانت طهران تزرع “ربيعاً” يزهر ميليشيات وطائفية. إيران لم تدخل سورية لحماية دولة، بل لتصنع “مجتمعاً موازياً” يدين لها بالولاء المطلق، مستغلة التفكك الوطني، ليحل محله لاحقاً مشروع الفكر الجهادي.
غياب “المناعة الفكرية” الشعبية:
فشلت المجموعات التي تصدرت المشهد (سياسياً وعسكرياً) في بناء “سد فكري” ضد التمدد الإيراني. غياب التوجيه الفكري الواعي في التظاهرات الأولى سمح للأيديولوجيات العابرة (إيران والإخوان) بركوب الموجة وتحويل المسار من “دولة مدنية” إلى “ساحة صراع طائفي”.
“إنترنت الوعي” بدلاً من “رصاص السلاح”:
المعادلة الجديدة التي تفرض نهاية الذرائع؛ لم يعد لأحد حجة في استخدام السلاح لمواجهة الفكر. نحن في عصر المعلومات، وكما انتشرت “داعش” وتغلغل الفكر الإيراني عبر القوة الناعمة والإنترنت، يجب أن تكون المواجهة بـ “الفكر القانوني والحقوقي الموثق”. الإنترنت هو الميدان الحقيقي لتحصين العقول من “التبعية الغيبية”، وبناء مشروع مجتمعي يحمي الدولة الوطنية وعقول الأطفال والنساء من فكر التطرف.
ثانياً: محاور الانفصام والاختراق الاستراتيجي
المحور الأول: الانفصام الوطني وسقوط “حصان طروادة” الأيديولوجي
• انحراف ربيع الشعوب: تحويل تطلعات الحرية إلى أدوات سيطرة للإسلام السياسي بتواطؤ دولي، مما أنتج نماذج متباينة:
• النموذج المغربي: نجاح الدولة في الحفاظ على العقد الاجتماعي بفضل قوة المؤسسات السيادية.
• الكارثة السورية: تحويل المطالب المحقة ضد الديكتاتورية إلى صراع طائفي أجهض حلم “دولة القانون” لصالح استبداد ديني موازٍ.
• الازدواجية في أوروبا: استغلال قوانين الحريات الغربية لزرع كانتونات أيديولوجية تطالب بـ “حرية المعتقد” هناك، بينما تمارس القمع والتكفير داخل أوطاننا.
المحور الثاني: الملف الإيراني وتزييف الذاكرة الجماعية
• المتاجرة بالقضية الفلسطينية: تفكيك المشروع الفارسي الذي يستخدم “فلسطين” كغطاء للتغلغل في الشرق الأوسط، أفريقيا، أوروبا، ودول الخليج مؤخراً، بينما تدمر ميليشياته الحواضر العربية.
• الإعلام المضلل والبروباغندا: نجاح الآلة الإعلامية في جعل الشعوب تنسى دماء السوريين واليمنيين، مما خلق مواطناً يستفيد من أمن دولته وخيراتها لكن ولائه العاطفي يذهب لمشروع يسعى لتقويضها.
المحور الثالث: “الاختراق المؤسساتي” وتسميم الوعي العام
• التناقض المعرفي للمثقف: أحزاب ومثقفون يطالبون دولهم بمواقف انتحارية، بينما يبررون “البراغماتية” المطلقة لمحور إيران والإخوان رغم تفاهماتهم السرية مع الأطراف التي يهاجمونها علناً.
• المنافسة غير الشريفة: تغلغل هذه التيارات في الجامعات والنقابات لإقصاء الكفاءات الوطنية المعتدلة، وتكبيل صانع القرار بضغط شارع مضلل، مما أدى لإجهاض حلول تاريخية مثل “حل الدولتين”.
ثالثاً: الخلاصة والتوصيات (الرؤية الاستراتيجية الجديدة)
رسالة إلى صناع القرار: المواجهة تتطلب الانتقال من الأدوات الأمنية التقليدية إلى “المواجهة الفكرية والمؤسساتية” الشاملة:
فك الارتباط العاطفي المضلل: إطلاق حملات وعي تفكك أكاذيب المحور الإيراني-الإخواني بالحقائق التاريخية، وكشف حجم المساعدات الحقيقية لدول الاعتدال مقابل التخريب الإيراني.
تحصين الجامعات والنقابات: اعتبار الاختراق الأيديولوجي لهذه المؤسسات “تهديداً للأمن القومي” ومنع تحويلها لمتاريس لتوهين عزيمة الدولة.
تبني “الواقعية السياسية”: دعم نماذج الاعتدال الساعية للخلاص من قبضة “الولي الفقيه” أو “مرشد الجماعة” كجزء من الدفاع عن السيادة العربية الشاملة.
ردم الفجوة الرقمية: مواجهة “جيوش الذباب الإلكتروني” عبر أمن سيبراني متطور متوافق مع حقوق الإنسان، وفضح ازدواجية المعايير ببرامج علمية ومواجهة التطرف والإرهاب رقمياً.

Deconstructing National Schism and the Collapse of Intellectual Immunity in the Middle East
Introduction: The Spectacle of Banners and the Exchange of Tyranny
Originating from the heart of historic Damascus, between the Umayyad Mosque and the Al-Hamidiyah Souq, we observe a scene that encapsulates the tragedy: banners departing and others arriving, from the expansion of the Persian project to the infiltration of jihadist extremism. This “exchange of tyrannical roles” over the ruins of national sovereignty is the inevitable result of the collapse of intellectual immunity and the transformation of nations into arenas for settling accounts for transborder ideologies, coupled with the infiltration of extremist thought from both axes.
I. The Semiology of Collapse and Illusory Alternatives
The Symbolism of “Banners” and the Erosion of Moral Sovereignty:
This image is the most potent expression of the “collapse of symbolic sovereignty.” When banners exchange control in the heart of Damascus, it signifies that the “State” has lost its soul to the “Persian Project,” and at times to a jihadist project that intellectually threatens the civil state and endangers regional stability and peace. These are not merely fabrics; they are a declaration of the “alteration of the identity of place” and the imposition of an alien culture through intimidation and financial influence.
The “Iranian Spring” (The Exportation of Ruin):
A term both satirical and realistic. While the world spoke of an Arab Spring, Tehran was planting a “Spring” of its own—one that blooms with militias and sectarianism. Iran did not enter Syria to protect a state, but to forge a “parallel society” that owes it absolute allegiance, exploiting the state of national fragmentation, only to be subsequently succeeded by a project of jihadist ideology.
The Absence of Popular “Intellectual Immunity”:
The groups that led the scene (both politically and militarily) failed to build an “intellectual dam” against Iranian expansion. The absence of conscious intellectual guidance in the initial protests allowed transborder ideologies (Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood) to hijack the movement, diverting the path from a “civil state” into an “arena for sectarian conflict.”
“Digital Awareness” instead of “Gunfire”:
The new equation that imposes the end of pretexts; no one can no longer justify using weapons to confront thought. We are in the information age; just as “ISIS” spread via the internet and Iranian ideology infiltrated through soft power and the web, the confrontation must be through “documented legal and human rights-based thought.” The internet is the true battlefield today for fortifying minds against “metaphysical dependency” and building a societal project that protects the national state and the minds of children and women from extremist thought.
II. Axes of Schism and Strategic Infiltration
Axis I: National Schism and the Collapse of the Ideological “Trojan Horse”
• The Deviation of the People’s Spring: The transformation of aspirations for civil liberty into tools of control for political Islam through international complicity or miscalculation, producing divergent models:
• The Moroccan Model: The success of the state in preserving the social contract through the strength of sovereign institutions.
• The Syrian Catastrophe: The transformation of legitimate demands against dictatorship into a sectarian conflict that aborted the dream of the “Rule of Law” in favor of a parallel religious tyranny.
• Duality in Europe: Exploiting Western freedom laws to plant ideological cantons that demand “freedom of belief” abroad, while practicing suppression and excommunication (Takfir) within our homelands.
Axis II: The Iranian File and the Falsification of Collective Memory
• Trading on the Palestinian Cause: Deconstructing the Persian project that uses “Palestine” as a cover for infiltration into the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and recently the Gulf states, while its militias destroy Arab metropolises.
• Misleading Media and Propaganda: The success of the media machine in making populations forget the blood of Syrians and Yemenis upon hearing a “passionate speech,” creating a citizen who benefits from their state’s security and resources yet maintains emotional loyalty to a project seeking to undermine that very state.
Axis III: “Institutional Infiltration” and the Poisoning of Public Consciousness
• The Intellectual’s Cognitive Contradiction: Parties and intellectuals demanding suicidal positions from their states, while justifying the absolute “pragmatism” of the Iran-Muslim Brotherhood axis, despite their secret understandings and strategic agreements with parties they publicly attack.
• Unfair Competition: The infiltration of these currents into universities and unions to marginalize moderate national cadres, shackling the decision-maker with the pressure of an ideologically misled public, which led to the abortion of historic solutions such as the “Two-State Solution.”
III. Conclusion and Recommendations (The New Strategic Vision)
A Message to Decision-Makers: Confronting this reality requires a transition from traditional security tools to a comprehensive “Intellectual and Institutional Confrontation” strategy:
Decoupling Misleading Emotional Ties: Launching national awareness campaigns that deconstruct the myths of the Iranian-Brotherhood axis with historical facts regarding the destabilization of states in the name of religion rather than the language of legal institutions, and revealing the true scale of aid provided by moderate states to the Palestinian cause compared to Iranian sabotage.
Fortifying Universities and Unions: Considering the ideological infiltration of these institutions a “National Security Threat” and preventing their transformation into barricades to weaken state resolve or harass moderate national talents.
Adopting “Political Realism”: Supporting models of moderation seeking liberation from the grip of the “Supreme Leader” (Wali al-Faqih) or the “Supreme Guide” of the group, and considering the protection of these models part of the defense of comprehensive Arab sovereignty.
Bridging the Digital Gap: Confronting “electronic fly” armies and directed propaganda that target the legitimacy of stable systems by exposing their double standards through scientific programs and confronting extremist and terrorist ideologies digitally, which requires advanced cyber security compatible with human rights.
