• طلائع الجولاني (التوثيق الميداني): النسخة الأكثر راديكالية؛ حيث تُظهر فيديوهات التوثيق تحويل المساجد والطرقات إلى “معسكرات تدريب ناعم” للأطفال، واستخدام “المقدس” لإنتاج مقاتلين لا يعترفون بسوريا كوطن، بل كساحة لجهاد عابر للقارات.
المحور الأول: “مختبرات الأدلجة” وصناعة التطرف العنيف
يعمل مشروع الجولاني على هندسة جيل “خارج السيطرة” عبر استراتيجيات تستهدف النساء والأطفال:

1. عسكرة الطفولة (التوثيق المرئي): رصدت التقارير وفيديوهات مسربة أطفالاً بملابس عسكرية وشعارات جهادية داخل المساجد وخلال فعاليات “دعوية” في الطرقات. هذا التجنيد البصري والفكري يهدف لصهر الطفل في بنية عسكرية قبل بلوغه سن الرشد.
2. سلاح الفقر والابتزاز: ربط المعونات الغذائية للأسر الفقيرة والنساء الأرامل بمدى انخراط أطفالهم في هذه المنظومة الأيديولوجية.
3. تفكيك الرابطة الأمومية: تحويل الطفل إلى “رقيب شرعي” على والدته، مما يسلب الأم سلطتها التربوية ويجعلها رهينة لوعي طفلها المؤدلج،
   المحور الثاني: التوثيق الميداني لانتهاكات “السلطة الموازية” (نيسان 2026)
4. التصفية الجسدية للمرأة والطفولة (حي المهاجرين – حمص):
   • الواقعة (6 نيسان 2026): هجوم بأسلحة مزودة بكواتم صوت استهدف عائلة “سليم أسعد” أمام منزلهم.
   • الضحايا: مقتل الأم (مروى الراعي) والابنة (ليلاس أسعد – 4 سنوات) فوراً، بينما نقل الأب (سليم أسعد) لاحقاً في المستشفى بوضعية حرجة

5. المسالخ البشرية (كفر سوسة وفرع الخطيب): توثيق ممارسات تعذيب سادية ضد المعتقلين في أفرع أمنية تحمل مسميات ارتبطت بالرعب التاريخي، لاستعباد الناس عبر “سيميولوجيا الألم”. هذه الممارسات تعد خرقاً صارخاً لـ اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب.
6. خطاب الكراهية ومنصات التحريض: توثيق تصريحات (أبو مالك التلي وعبد الرزاق المهدي) التحريضية ضد المكونات السورية (الدروز، المسيحيين، والعلويين والديانة اليهودية ). ومعرض كتب “الزرقاوي”: الترويج لفكر “أبو مصعب الزرقاوي” بحضور مقاتلين “إيغور” أجانب.

7. الاستقواء بالإرث الاستعماري ضد السيادة الوطنية: استحضار مصطلح “الوقف العثماني” هو عمل سياسي يستهدف تحويل سورية من “دولة سيادية” إلى “غنيمة وقفية” تابعة للخارج، وتحويل أصحاب الأرض إلى “مستأجرين”.
8. ضرب الاستقرار الاجتماعي استهداف العائلات التي توارثت العقارات جيلاً بعد جيل، وابتزازهم بالإخلاء أو فرض إيجارات، هو عملية “تهجير ناعم” وتغيير ديموغرافي ممنهج.
9. سلطة “الوكيل” لا “الأصيل”: هذا المسار يثبت أن السلطة تعمل كـ “وكيل” لمشغل خارجي يهدف لإعادة توزيع الثروة بما يخدم مصالح النفوذ الإقليمي.
10. التكييف القانوني: إن نزع الملكيات الخاصة تحت عناوين تاريخية ملتبسة يعد انتهاكاً لـ “حق الملكية”، ويمثل جريمة فساد سياسي ومادي عابر للحدود تضرب استقرار آلاف العائلات.
    المحور الثالث: التأصيل القانوني (المطرقة الحقوقية)
    تعتبر هذه الممارسات جرائم ضد الإنسانية وتستوجب الملاحقة بموجب:
11. اتفاقية حقوق الطفل (1989): المادة 38 وحماية الأطفال من الاستغلال العسكري والأيديولوجي.
12. اتفاقية (CEDAW): ممارسة تمييز مؤسسي وعنف ممنهج ضد المرأة السورية.

• Al-Jolani’s Vanguards (Field Documentation): The most radical version; field documentation videos reveal the transformation of mosques and streets into “soft training camps” for children. They utilize the “Sacred” to produce fighters who do not recognize Syria as a homeland, but rather as a theater for transcontinental jihad.

Al-Jolani’s project works on engineering an “out-of-control” generation through strategies targeting women and children:
