National Deconstruction Strategies for Regional Sabotage Networks (Iran – Muslim Brotherhood – Salafi-Jihadism/Functional Extremism)

This field and intelligence-based study uncovers the operational mechanisms of three systems whose objectives converge on the destruction of the Arab National State. Their goal is to transform the region into a permanent state of chaos serving cross-border projects, spanning from the Middle East to North Africa, and expanding into the African and European continents.
Axis I: “Cells of False Consciousness” (Elite Infiltration and Iranian Political Money)

1. Strategy of “Sectarian and Political Chameleonism” (Direct Funding)
   Iran has moved beyond reliance on the traditional “Shiite intellectual,” transitioning to funding a “multifaceted” elite (Liberals, Nationalists, Leftists, Christians, and Sunnis) to ensure infiltration of all circles:
   • “Grey” Research Centers: Funding centers in (Beirut, Tunis, Geneva, Paris) that appear “academic” on the surface but disseminate reports serving Iran’s long-term goals and promoting the legitimacy of its proxies.
   • Hired Articles: Purchasing spaces in major newspapers and feeding news sites with “poisoned” articles aimed at inciting against Arab states and their strategic and economic alliances.
   • Front Companies: Utilizing businessmen as facades to fund events and seminars that polish the “Axis” image, away from repellent religious slogans, ensuring social and political acceptance.
2. “Palestine” as a Sedative and Justification for Sabotage
   The hijacking of the Palestinian cause from its just legal path (The Arab Initiative and the Two-State Solution) to a tool for destabilization:
   • Undermining the Arab Initiative: Inciting and funding Hamas (with Brotherhood complicity) to strike the Two-State Solution through unrealistic religious visions. The Palestinian people pay the price in infrastructure destruction, while the responsibility for reconstruction always falls upon moderate Arab states.
   • The “Gun-for-Hire” Intellectual: Promoting absurd slogans such as “The road to Jerusalem passes through the destruction of Arab cities,” creating a moral divide in the common citizen to justify crimes committed in Syria and elsewhere.
   • Labeling Moderation as Treason: Branding any Syrian or Arab national project seeking peace and coexistence as “normalization” or “betrayal” to isolate national projects from their popular base.
   • Exporting Fantasy: Using media propaganda to link any national movement against the “Sharia system” or “Assad” to Zionist conspiracies, convincing elites of the necessity of maintaining the status quo.
3. “Elite Deception Tools” – Iranian Infiltration of International and Arab Salons
   • In the West: Presenting these elites as “Enlightened” voices warning against radical alternatives, convincing decision-makers through the language of “interests and economics” to ensure political and financial infiltration that protects Tehran’s influence.
   • In the Arab World: Frustrating the developmental projects of moderate states by claiming they are “compromising rights,” while the reality is that Iran has never entered a capital (Damascus, Baghdad, Sana’a, Beirut) without shattering its stability through sectarian strife and “Shiitization” campaigns, extending to attempts to destabilize security in the Gulf (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the pro-Iranian wing of the Brotherhood in Kuwait).
   Axis II: “Synergy of Opposites” – Role-Swapping and Exploiting Legitimate Popular Demands
   This axis reveals how sincere popular movements were turned into an arena for role-swapping between the “Muslim Brotherhood” and “Iran,” leading to the perpetuation of chaos and preventing the establishment of a state of citizenship and moderation.
4. Strategy of “Role-Swapping” in Arab Capitals
   Iran and the Brotherhood swap roles in (Damascus, Baghdad, Sana’a, Beirut) to ensure the region remains in a state of permanent security liquidity:
   • Riding the Popular Wave: At the beginning of the Arab Spring, legitimate popular demands were exploited to empower the Brotherhood to strike national state institutions, creating a sovereign security vacuum that allowed Iranian militias to enter as “saviors” or “protectors of shrines.”
   • Secret Intelligence Ties (The Colluding Brotherhood Wing): Field studies have revealed wings within the Brotherhood organization operating under direct security coordination with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard (IRGC), ensuring the conflict remains in a “grey zone” that prevents any decisive (military, diplomatic, or economic) victory for Arab moderate currents.
5. “Prolonging the Syrian Crisis” as a Strategic Goal
   Explaining the failure of the traditional opposition and the survival of the criminal system:
   • Sabotaging National Projects: Brotherhood wings colluding with Iran deliberately thwarted any “national” or moderate “Third Current” project, because its success would end their functional role as an “imaginary foe” to Iran.
   • Depleting Moderate States: Turning Syria into a “Black Hole” to drain the resources of Arab states by pushing them to support factions linked to the Brotherhood, which states later discover are coordinating with the Iranian Axis under the table.

11. Strategy of the “International Bogeyman” and Mutual Legitimization
    • Creating the “Alternative Enemy”: “Al-Qaeda” and later “ISIS and Jolani” were used as international bogeymen to convince the West that the alternative to current regimes (or the Sharia system) is transnational terrorism, granting criminals the “legitimacy of survival” as partners in counter-terrorism.
    • Hidden Logistical Exchange: Secret field studies have revealed “points of intersection” between Iranian militias and jihadist organizations in contact zones; where the passage of convoys is facilitated or specific fronts are opened to drain moderate “National Current” factions.
12. The “Shadow Economy” and Unexposed Companies
    • Funding Sabotage: Reliance on a network of “micro-trading companies” and unexposed financial facades that provide logistical support (transport, communication, supplies) under the guise of simple charitable or commercial work.
    • Exploiting Poverty: Recruiting elements by exploiting extreme poverty and spreading “Takfiri” thought that isolates the individual from their society and state, facilitating their transformation into a tool for destroying infrastructure and national institutions in any Arab country, from the Middle East to North Africa.
13. Confronting “Iranian Thought” (The Mock Confrontation)
    • Absorbing Sunni Anger: Exporting jihadist organizations as the “sole defender” against Iranian expansion, while the real goal is to “trap the Sunni choice” within extremism, thwarting any moderate national project that could address the international community with the language of reason.
    • Mutual Attrition: Pushing these organizations into battles with Iranian arms to ensure a state of “permanent chaos” that prevents economic stability or national building.
    Conclusion for Post-War Deconstruction:
14. Exposing Logistical Networks: Unmasking the companies and financial facades that fund “Functional Extremism” and drying up their sources.
15. Severing the Link between “Religion” and “Sabotage”: Supporting moderate national Islamic thought through institutions and civil society that rejects Takfirism, presents models of peaceful coexistence and rejection of hate speech, and reconnects the citizen to their national identity—away from the exploitation of religious-based parties for private or cross-border agendas, and preventing the control of the Arab street on a religious basis or the trading of the Palestinian cause and exploitation of poverty to pressure their states and become a dagger in their side.
16. Transforming the “Fighter” into a “Citizen”: Reintegrating those who were misled (away from foreign-mortgaged emirs) within developmental projects, while holding the “Guns-for-Hire” leaders who conspired against their countries accountable.
    Strategic Warning: Allowing one extremist ideology to confront another is a “Historical Trap”; the extremist you use today to face your enemy will tomorrow become a powerful enemy requiring a new war. Real confrontation lies in spreading awareness, and through a state of citizenship, law, and economic development.
