بيان إدانة للفتن الطائفية العابرة للحدود واختراق السيادة السورية
(أحداث السقيلبية، أنفاق حزب الله، الإرهابيون الأجانب، فكر التطرف، خطاب الكراهية)
صادر عن المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان – سوريا

1. ملف مدينة السقيلبية بريف حماة: “التواطؤ الأمني واستهداف المكونات الأصيلة”
   يدين المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان بأشد العبارات الاعتداءات الممنهجة التي طالت مدينة السقيلبية بريف حماة، حيث أقدمت مجموعات مسلحة “غير منضبطة” على تكسير المحلات التجارية والاعتداء على ممتلكات المدنيين وسط حالة من التقاعس المريب لأجهزة “الأمن العام” في المنطقة. ويرى المجلس أن الاكتفاء بـ “جلسات الاحتواء” مع الوجهاء الدينيين والكنيسة لا يعفي السلطة من مسؤوليتها القانونية عن هذا الانفلات، ويحيي المجلس وعي أهالي السقيلبية الذين خرجوا في مظاهرات سلمية للمطالبة بـ “دولة المواطنة والحماية الحقيقية” ورفض الانجرار لمربع العنف الطائفي.
2. المرتزقة الأجانب: “أبو أحمد الجزائري وخطاب الكراهية المستورد”
   يتوقف المجلس عند المقطع المصور الصادم للمدعو “أبو أحمد الجزائري” (المقيم في دمشق)، والذي يمارس تحريضاً علنياً وتكفيراً صريحاً ضد المسيحيين والعلمانيين، واصفاً النساء السوريات بكلمات بذيئة ومهدداً باسم “السنة والجماعة”
3. يؤكد المجلس: أن هذا الشخص أجنبي إرهابي لا يمت بصلة للنسيج الوطني السوري، وأن ظهوره المتكرر يثبت وجود حماية أمنية له لتنفيذ أجندات تفتيت المجتمع. إن السكوت عن ملاحقته هو “ضوء أخضر” لشرعنة فكر التطرف والإرهاب والقتل ضد السوريين.
4. فضيحة الأنفاق: “التخادم السري بين فصائل الجولاني والحرس الثوري”
   بخصوص إعلان وزارة دفاع السلطة عن إغلاق نفق تهريب في “حوش السيد علي” وضبط صواريخ “كونكورس”:
   • يرى المجلس: أن هذا الإعلان هو “صحوة متأخرة” تهدف لتضليل المجتمع الدولي وتغطية التواطؤ الذي سمح باستمرار تسليح ميليشيات حزب الله (حتى بعد سقوط نظام الأسد). إن هذه الأنفاق تثبت وجود “غرفة عمليات سرية” وتخادم لوجستي بين فصائل الجولاني والحرس الثوري الإيراني. والتضحية بنفق واحد اليوم ليست إلا محاولة يائسة لامتصاص الضغوط الدولية بعد انكشاف وصول الأسلحة النوعية لميليشيات لبنان عبر الأراضي السورية.
5. التحذير الختامي: “لعبة الفتنة الكبرى”
   يحذر المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان من مخطط إيراني-راديكالي مشترك لجر سوريا إلى صراع طائفي (سني-شيعي / إسلامي-مسيحي / عربي-كردي). إن استهداف المسيحيين في حماة، والتحريض في السويداء، وتجارة الأنفاق الحدودية، كلها خيوط لمؤامرة واحدة تهدف إلى:
   • شرعنة الوجود الإيراني كـ “حامٍ مفترض للأقليات”.
   • منح “هيئة تحرير الشام” (الجولاني) شرعية “تمثيل السنة” عبر الترهيب.
   • نسف مشروع الدولة المدنية الديمقراطية القائم على السيادة الكاملة والمواطنة المتساوية.
   إننا نطالب المجتمع الدولي والأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي بالتحرك الفوري لحماية المكونات السورية ومحاسبة المحرضين الإرهابيين الأجانب والمحليين، ووقف تهريب السلاح لحزب الله الإرهابي الذي قتل وشرد الشعب السوري، مما يشكل تهديداً للأمن والسلم الإقليمي والدولي، قبل فوات الأوان.

Statement Denouncing Cross-Border Sectarian Strife and the Breach of Syrian Sovereignty
(Al-Suqaylabiyah Incidents, Hezbollah Tunnels, Foreign Terrorists, Extremist Ideology, and Hate Speech)
Issued by the National Council for Human Rights – Syria

1. Al-Suqaylabiyah, Hama Countryside: “Security Collusion and Targeting Indigenous Components”
   The National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) strongly condemns the systematic attacks targeting the city of Al-Suqaylabiyah in the Hama countryside. Non-compliant armed groups carried out acts of vandalism against private shops and civilian property amidst a suspicious failure of the local “General Security” forces to intervene. The Council asserts that “containment sessions” with religious and community leaders do not absolve the authorities of their legal responsibility for this lawlessness. We commend the awareness of the people of Al-Suqaylabiyah, who engaged in peaceful demonstrations to demand “citizenship, true protection, and the rule of law,” while rejecting being dragged into sectarian violence.
2. Foreign Mercenaries: “Abu Ahmad al-Jaza’iri and Imported Hate Speech”
   The Council highlights a shocking video of “Abu Ahmad al-Jaza’iri” (residing in Damascus), who is inciting hatred and issuing explicit takfiri threats against Christians and secularists. He has insulted Syrian women using derogatory language and issued threats in the name of “Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah.”
   • The Council Affirms: This individual is a foreign terrorist with no connection to the Syrian national fabric. His repeated public appearances prove he enjoys security protection to execute agendas aimed at fragmenting society. Failure to prosecute him constitutes a “green light” to legitimize extremist ideology, terrorism, and violence against Syrians.
3. The Tunnel Scandal: “Secret Collusion Between Jolani’s Factions and the IRGC”
   Regarding the Ministry of Defense’s announcement about closing a smuggling tunnel in “Hawsh al-Sayyid Ali” and seizing “Konkurs” missiles:
   • The Council Views: This announcement as a “belated awakening” designed to mislead the international community and cover up the collusion that allowed the continued arming of Hezbollah militias (even after the fall of the Assad regime). These tunnels prove the existence of a “secret operations room” and logistical coordination between Al-Jolani’s factions and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Sacrificing one tunnel today is a desperate attempt to absorb international pressure following the exposure of advanced weaponry reaching Lebanese militias through Syrian territory.
4. Final Warning: “The Grand Sedition Scheme”
   The National Council for Human Rights warns of a joint Iranian-Radical plot to drag Syria into a comprehensive sectarian conflict (Sunni-Shia / Muslim-Christian / Arab-Kurdish). The targeting of Christians in Hama, the incitement in Suwayda, and the cross-border arms trade are all threads of a single conspiracy aimed at:
   • Legitimizing the Iranian presence as a “presumed protector of minorities.”
   • Granting “Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham” (Jolani) the legitimacy of “representing Sunnis” through intimidation.
   • Undermining the democratic civil state project based on full sovereignty and equal citizenship.
   We call upon the International Community, the United Nations, and the European Union to take immediate action to protect Syrian components, hold foreign and local terrorist agitators accountable, and halt the smuggling of weapons to the terrorist Hezbollah—which has killed and displaced the Syrian people and continues to threaten regional and international peace and security—before it is too late.
