A statement of condemnation of the sinful attack on the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Damascus
(Clarifying the position and the legal and political backgrounds)
The National Council for Human Rights follows up (NCHR) With deep condemnation and concern, and condemns the shameful attack that targeted the sanctity of the embassy of the sisterly United Arab Emirates in the capital, Damascus.. This was a demagogic act that was carried out under supervision and guidance “De facto authority” Its security services do not represent the aspirations of the Syrian people, but rather serve regional and jihadist agendas that are alien to our national identity.
Based on our national responsibility, we put the dots on the letters according to the following data:
Firstly: Systematic targeting of moderate Arab countries
The council wonders: Why target the United Arab Emirates specifically? It is the country that has historically stood with the Palestinian right to financial and political support, along with the Gulf states and its Arab brothers, and has supported Khiar “The two-state solution” Which was approved and committed by the Arab countries as a strategic option to end the Arab-Israeli conflict, and contributed to humanitarian initiatives for the reconstruction of Gaza and Lebanon.. This is not an assault “Popular reaction” Spontaneous, it is “Dirty political message” Managed by an alliance (Sharia – Brotherhood) To strike Syria's Arab depth, isolate it, and take it to subversive axes; Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood are two sides of the same coin.
secondly: Trading in the Palestinian issue and Iran’s involvement in it 7 October
The adjective is a name “Palestine” The Damascus riots are the height of moral bankruptcy. While the Arabs provided reconstruction and stability after every war ignited by the Iranian operator, Iran and its Persian project provided the region nothing but devastation, political obscurantism, and destructive nuclear weapons.. Events 7 October was like “Mercy shot” Which Tehran launched on the two-state solution, to continue trading in Palestinian and Syrian blood, and to export its existential crises by instigating proxy wars, destabilizing the Arab countries, exporting its radical religious extremist revolution, and the loss of the two-state solution and reaching Mecca for reasons and religious mysteries.. The result was the destruction of Syria and Palestine and the displacement of people through imaginary victories that would not change the equation. Rather, the facts proved that the Arab Peace Initiative was correct and the maximum that could be reached for regional stability and economic development.. What we see today of blatant Iranian attacks on the Gulf states and Jordan is evidence of the plan being exposed and the Iranian mask being publicly dropped..
Third: The reality of the Syrian people vs “Power plays”
The Syrian people, who are suffering under the weight of hunger, oppression and siege, do not have this luxury “Throwing stones” To his brothers who extend a helping hand to him. The real engine of this “Failed charade” It is the organization of the Muslim Brotherhood and its tools, which are trying to blackmail countries of moderation and the Abraham Accords, in a desperate attempt to reserve a seat for them in the upcoming regional map after the Iran war..
Fourth: Legal and international responsibility (According to the Vienna Convention 1961)
Bear “Damascus salad” Full responsibility for breach of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. إن الاعتداء على السفارات، بما في ذلك إلقاء الحجارة وشتم الرموز الوطنية، يعد انتهاكاً جسيماً لقواعد القانون الدولي:

  1. حرمة المقرات (Subject 22): The agreement stipulates that the host country is obligated to take all measures to protect the mission’s headquarters from any damage, and to prevent any breach of its security or violation of its dignity..
  2. Maintenance of the envoy's person (Subject 29): الالتزام بمعاملة الدبلوماسيين بالاحترام الواجب ومنع أي اعتداء على حريتهم أو كرامتهم.
  3. المسؤولية الدولية والجنائية: تتحمل الدولة المضيفة مسؤولية التعويض عن الأضرار المادية، وملزمة بمعاقبة الأفراد المعتدين.
إن عجز السلطة عن حماية سفارة في قلب العاصمةأو تعمدها تسهيل الاعتداء – It proves to the whole world its political and moral incompetence as a compass for the stability of Syria’s future within the axis of regional peace, and a miserable attempt to cover up its failure and crimes inside Syria, according to field documents, under the name “مجموعات غير منضبطة وأخطاء فرديةتسببت بقتل آلاف الضحايا، واستغلال الظروف الدولية للإفلات من العقاب عبر الترويج لعدالة انتقالية وهمية.
    conclusion:
The future of Syria is fundamentally linked to Arab moderation and adherence to international law, not to dependence on the Persian project or Brotherhood demagoguery.. ونؤكد رفضنا لمحاولات اختطاف القرار السوري وتحويله إلى خنجر في خاصرة الأشقاء العرب.
Long live free and proud Syria.. دولة مدنية ديمقراطية تعددية للجميع.

Statement of Condemnation for the Criminal Assault on the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Damascus
(Clarification of the Legal and Political Context and Background)
The National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) is following with profound condemnation and concern the disgraceful assault targeting the sanctity of the Embassy of the brotherly United Arab Emirates in the capital, Damascus. This mob-led act, carried out under the watchful eye and direction of the “indeed authority” and its security apparatus, does not represent the aspirations of the Syrian people. Rather, it serves regional and jihadist agendas that are alien to our national identity.
From our position of national responsibility, we set the record straight based on the following facts:
First: The Systematic Targeting of Arab Moderation States
The Council questions: Why target the United Arab Emirates specifically? It is a nation that has historically stood by the Palestinian cause through material and political support alongside the Gulf States and its Arab brothers. It has consistently supported the “Two-State Solution” adopted by Arab nations as a strategic choice to end the Arab-Israeli conflict and has contributed through humanitarian initiatives to the reconstruction of Gaza and Lebanon. This assault is not a spontaneouspopular reaction,” but afilthy political messagemanaged by the (Al-Sharaa – Muslim Brotherhood) alliance to strike at Syria’s Arab depth and isolate it, dragging the country toward destructive axes. Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood are two sides of the same coin.
Second: Exploiting the Palestinian Cause and Iran’s Involvement in October 7th
Dragging the name of “Palestine” into the riots in Damascus is the height of moral bankruptcy. While Arab nations provided reconstruction and stability following every war ignited by the Iranian operator, the IranianPersian Projecthas offered the region nothing but ruin, political metaphysics, and destructive nuclear ambitions. The events of October 7th served as thecoup de grâcefired by Tehran at the Two-State Solution, aiming to continue trading in Palestinian and Syrian blood. It seeks to export its existential crises by triggering proxy wars, destabilizing Arab states, and exporting its radical religious-revolutionary ideology based on religious delusions—such as reaching Mecca. The result has been the destruction of Syria and Palestine and the displacement of peoples through illusoryvictoriesthat did not change the equation but exacerbated the tragedy. Facts have proven that the Arab Peace Initiative was the correct path and the maximum achievable goal under the current regional and international reality for stability and economic development. The blatant Iranian aggressions we see today against the Gulf States and Jordan are clear evidence of the exposed plot and the public dropping of the Iranian mask.
Third: The Reality of the Syrian People vs. “Regime Theatrics
The Syrian people, suffering under the weight of hunger, oppression, and siege, do not have the luxury ofthrowing stonesat their brothers who extend a helping hand. The true driver of thisfailed playis the Muslim Brotherhood organization and its tools, which are attempting to blackmail the moderation states and the Abraham Accords in a desperate bid to secure a seat in the upcoming regional map following the war on Iran.
Fourth: International and Legal Responsibility (Per the 1961 Vienna Convention)
The Damascus authority bears full responsibility for the violation of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. The assault on embassies, including stone-throwing and insulting national symbols, constitutes a grave breach of international law:

  1. Inviolability of Premises (Article 22): The Convention mandates that the receiving State is under a special duty to take all appropriate steps to protect the premises of the mission against any intrusion or damage and to prevent any disturbance of the peace of the mission or impairment of its dignity.
  2. Protection of Diplomatic Agents (Article 29): The obligation to treat diplomats with due respect and take all appropriate steps to prevent any attack on their person, freedom, or dignity.
  3. International and Criminal Liability: The host state is liable for reparations for material damage and is obligated to punish the perpetrators.
The authority’s failure to protect an embassy in the heart of the capital—or its deliberate facilitation of the assault—proves to the world its lack of political and moral eligibility to serve as a compass for Syria’s future stability within the regional peace axis. It is a desperate attempt to cover up its failures and crimes within Syria, as documented on the ground, under the guise ofuncontrolled groups” or “individual errors” that have caused thousands of victims. This is a clear attempt to exploit international conditions to evade accountability through the promotion of an illusory transitional justice.
    Conclusion:
The future of Syria is fundamentally linked to Arab Moderation and commitment to International Law, not to subordination to the Persian Project or the mob rule of the Muslim Brotherhood. We reaffirm our rejection of attempts to hijack the Syrian decision-making process and turn it into a dagger in the side of our Arab brothers.
Long live a free and proud Syria.. a civil, democratic, and pluralistic state for all.
